Sensei Joey Pagliuso vs. Ben Yelle at K-1 Rising 2012

 

This rematch gets off to a quick start with two early take downs starting at 0:36.

At 1:54, the announcer says that Ben is "made of rock" after taking a volley of solid hits. Shortly after, one of the announcers calls Joey "The Stone Mason" as he "chips away" at Ben.

Joey connects a number of "Popeye Punches" and delivers a solid jumping knee at 3:13.

Ben Yelle is a tough competitor. Both athletes demonstrated discipline, heart and sportsmanship. Great match!
